BALANCE BY BELL

My name is Bell and I’m a lover of all things women’s health, movement and wellbeing. I am passionate about sharing my love for this space to help other women on their own journey of mind + body balance.

I have always loved the creativity that comes with movement. Dancing throughout my entire childhood opened my eyes to the creative expression that comes with movement and just how special that is. The empowerment you can experience through understanding your body and learning to love movement is something that is so special to me.

After finishing high school in 2020, I studied my Cert III and IV in fitness through the Australian Institute of Fitness. My approach when it comes to fitness is learning how to move your body in a way that feels good for you, developing a positive relationship with exercise so that it can be a motivating and healthy part of your life.

As a passionate foodie I absolutely love all things food + nourishment. I love being in the kitchen creating new recipes. I love trying new foods + flavours, it is something that is so important to me in my life. I think food has the power to create special memories, moments and connections that can last a lifetime. I love diving deeper into my own body + how it can thrive through fuelling + nourishing my body from the inside out.

The Balance By Bell blog is an opportunity to dive deeper in to all things health, movement, wellness and my personal experiences in hopes to inspire and motivate women to learn or continue to live healthy and balanced lifestyle.
