Peanut butter cup collagen balls
These delicious peanut butter cup collagen balls are rich in fibre, protein and chocolatey goodness with the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavours.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup hemp seeds
3 tbs coconut oil
3 tbs collagen powder OR protein powder
1 block dark choc (I use 70%)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine
Roll into balls and place on to a lined baking tray
Place in fridge to set for approx 30 mins
Melt chocolate
Roll balls into melted chocolate
Place back in fridge to set
