Peanut butter cup collagen balls

These delicious peanut butter cup collagen balls are rich in fibre, protein and chocolatey goodness with the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 3 tbs coconut oil

  • 3 tbs collagen powder OR protein powder

  • 1 block dark choc (I use 70%)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine

  • Roll into balls and place on to a lined baking tray

  • Place in fridge to set for approx 30 mins

  • Melt chocolate

  • Roll balls into melted chocolate

  • Place back in fridge to set
