Protein greek yoghurt bowl
This creamy yoghurt bowl is perfect for those days when you’re on a time crunch or are simply craving a sweeter breakfast packed with protein and fibre.
I love this bowl, especially during the warmer months because it is the perfect balance of everything sweet + refreshing
Ingredients:
Plain greek yoghurt (as much as you’d like!)
One serving of protein powder (I use vanilla)
1 Tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Ground flax seeds
Fruit of choice
Nut butter of choice
Honey
Granola (optional)
Method:
Add Greek yoghurt, protein powder, chia seeds and flax to a bowl and mix well until all combined and smooth.
Add fresh fruit, nut butter, granola and honey to top.
