Protein greek yoghurt bowl

This creamy yoghurt bowl is perfect for those days when you’re on a time crunch or are simply craving a sweeter breakfast packed with protein and fibre.

I love this bowl, especially during the warmer months because it is the perfect balance of everything sweet + refreshing

Ingredients:

  • Plain greek yoghurt (as much as you’d like!)

  • One serving of protein powder (I use vanilla)

  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Ground flax seeds

  • Fruit of choice

  • Nut butter of choice

  • Honey

  • Granola (optional)

Method:

  • Add Greek yoghurt, protein powder, chia seeds and flax to a bowl and mix well until all combined and smooth.

  • Add fresh fruit, nut butter, granola and honey to top.
