Peanut butter cup protein smoothie

This smoothie is creamy, cold, chocolaty and packed with nourishing ingredients that will leave you feeling satisfied and energised for the morning ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 serving of protein powder (vanilla or choc will work)

  • 2 heaped tbs plain greek yoghurt

  • Handful of ice

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 heaped tsp of cacao powder

  • 1 tbs natural peanut butter

  • Honey (optional for sweetness)

Method:

  • Add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy

  • Feel free to add cacao nibs or granola on the top for extra crunch
