Peanut butter cup protein smoothie
This smoothie is creamy, cold, chocolaty and packed with nourishing ingredients that will leave you feeling satisfied and energised for the morning ahead.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 serving of protein powder (vanilla or choc will work)
2 heaped tbs plain greek yoghurt
Handful of ice
1 tbs chia seeds
1 heaped tsp of cacao powder
1 tbs natural peanut butter
Honey (optional for sweetness)
Method:
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
Feel free to add cacao nibs or granola on the top for extra crunch
